What is included with each pass?
Every pass includes access to keynotes, track sessions, and the expo. Some passes include workshop credits, recordings, and VIP lounges—see details in the catalog for each tier.
Do you offer refunds or transfers?
Yes. Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the forum is more than 30 days away. You can transfer your pass to a colleague at any time before check-in.
Is there virtual access?
We offer virtual and hybrid options. Live streams cover keynotes and select sessions. Recordings are available for passes that include the recording library add-on.
How do I receive an invoice?
After checkout, you’ll receive an itemized invoice via email. If you need a purchase order or invoice with custom fields, contact us with your requirements.
Do you provide accessibility accommodations?
Yes. We offer captioning for keynotes, accessible seating, quiet rooms, and staff trained in accessibility support. Share your needs at least two weeks in advance.

Scalify Forum is a harassment-free space. We expect respectful debate, active listening, and clear boundaries. Violations may lead to removal without refund.
When will the schedule be published?
Tracks and workshop slots open in waves. The preliminary schedule is posted 8 weeks before the event, with final updates 2 weeks prior. Subscribe to updates from the catalog page.
