Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Scalify Forum websites, tickets, programs, and related services (“Services”). By purchasing or participating, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

2. Tickets and transfers

Tickets are valid only for the event and tier purchased. Transfers are permitted before check-in. Scalify Forum may verify identity at entry. Misuse may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase and at least 30 days before the event. Add-ons (e.g., networking dinner) may have separate policies listed in the catalog.

4. Code of conduct

We provide a harassment-free experience for all participants. We may remove anyone violating this policy without refund. See FAQs for details.

5. Content and recording

Some sessions may be recorded. By attending, you grant us a limited license to use event ambience content. You may not redistribute session materials without permission.

6. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and materials are the property of their respective owners. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use provided templates for internal business use.

7. Payments and taxes

Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to taxes. You authorize us to charge your payment method for purchases and applicable fees.

8. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Sessions are for educational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scalify Forum shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

11. Changes to Services

We may modify schedules, speakers, or formats to improve quality or meet legal and safety requirements. Material changes will be communicated promptly.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and subject to courts in San Francisco County, CA.
